The last day of 2022
It's the morning of the last day of the first year of retirement.
I'm not a fan of statistics - they feel like work and I don't work anymore. But I admit it would be nice to be able to know how many :
*letters/notes/ emails I wrote
*phone calls I made
*poems I wrote
*drawings/paintings/coloring I did
*walks I took
*miles or minutes I walked
*morning pages/journaling written
*Pounds I decluttered and gave away
*people I met along the way
*neighbors I chatted with
*kindnesses done
*books/ newletters/ other people's reflections I read
*things I sewed
Just making this list makes me realize it's been a good year - I have good goals and even though I don't know the stats, I'm happy these are the things I care about.
